We (Anthony & Kara) have been married for 20+ years. We have been blessed with five wonderful children; McKenzie, Madysen, Brigham, Annastasia, and little Bryson.
Living at the base of the Elkhorn Mountains, we raise and work to market, high quality and nutritional foods for our family and yours.
Animals that we broker are custom cut by our butcher and can be delivered with one of our freezer vans.
What we do and how...
Play time
Due to the constrains of life (work, school, sports, church...). It is rare that we have some play time. But when we do have a moment, the kids get creative; like kayak sledding, knee boarding behind the side by side in the snow, or being hauled around by the big green tractor.

Summer grazing
Some of our customers know the type of animal that they want or how they want it finished. We review our herd to see if we have what they want. If not we work with our network of local producers to find the cow, pig, goat, or sheep that they are looking for.
Custom cut and wrap
When the right animal is found, we work with our local butcher to get the animal custom cut and wrapped to your specifications. He will contact you directly for instructions as to how and what cuts you want.
This also provides a quality control assurance as he will be able to determine it's quality. Thus, saving you time and money.
Refrigerated vans
When your order is complete, we can deliver it to you with one of our refrigerated vans, so it stays fresh. (Limited to the western states, contact us for details and rates.)

Other odds and ends
